Returns and Refunds
Gator Gas Grills would like you to be happy with all transactions. All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Non-defective returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee, as we can not return the merchandise to our vendors. All products must be returned in original factory condition, and in the original factory carton/packaging. COD shipments will not be accepted. Shipments must be received and inspected before refunds are processed. You will be notified by e-mail when your refund has been processed. Customer may return or exchange merchandise within thirty days of the sale. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
